The objective, the legal basis and duration of processing

The processing of your personal data is in accordance with the applicable law, including the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR.

We process Your data in order to:

  • handle applications (contact form) – pursuant to art. 6 section 1f GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator) – until the expiry of the limitation period for potential claims arising from provisions of applicable law,
  • if you consent this, to save data in cookies and collect data from websites and mobile applications – pursuant to art. 6 section 1a GDPR – until you withdraw such a consent,
  • only if you granted your consent – conduct promotional campaigns, including competitions, promotions, lotteries and other activities – pursuant to art. 6 section 1a GDPR – until the consent is withdrawn, with the proviso that sometimes, this data may also be processed after this period on the basis of our legitimate interest described in the following sections, but only if it is allowed or required by applicable provisions of law, e.g. processing for archival purposes or to ensure accountability,
  • only if you granted your consent – send commercial information about our products and services, promotions, as well as products and services of entities cooperating with us, by means of electronic communication (SMS, MMS, e-mail) or direct marketing conducted using telecommunications terminal devices (telephone, tablet) to the e-mail address or phone number provided by you – pursuant to art. 6 section 1a GDPR – until you withdraw such a consent,
  • direct marketing in its traditional (paper) form – pursuant to art. 6 section 1f GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator) – until an effective objection is submitted,
  • accomplish archival (evidentiary) purposes, in order to secure information in the event of a legal need to prove facts – pursuant to art. 6 section 1f GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator) – for the period, during which the administrator is obliged to store data or documents containing them for the purpose of documenting its compliance with legal requirements and to enable control of their compliance by public authorities,
  • determine, pursue or defend against possible claims – pursuant to art. 6 section 1f GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator) – until the expiry of the limitation period for potential claims arising from provisions of applicable law.

What kind of data are we processing?

We process data that you provide us with while using the Website. These is primarily identification data provided in the contact form, including your name, surname and e-mail address. Please be advised that while using the Website we may also automatically gain access to data through cookies or the Google Analytics system, as described below. We do not process specific categories of data.

  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or other competent supervisory body),

Social Networks

The Website features links to external social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram. The functions assigned to the respective links, in particular the transfer of information and personal data, are activated only after clicking the respective link. Then the so-called social plug-in of individual social networks is activated, and your browser connects you with the respective website.

If during a visit to the Website you click on a selected link, your personal data will be transferred and processed by the respective social network. If, while visiting the Website, you click on the selected link, while being logged in to the respective portal, then through the account on this portal information may be sent about your visit on our Website and this fact may be saved on your account in the respective social media portal.
